Returns and Exchanges:
All sales are final. We currently do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
Shipping and Handling:
We ship worldwide. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days from the order date, excluding weekends, for all rates of shipping (First Class, Priority, and Express). Please note that Ellis Station is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. Ellis Station does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Ellis Station does not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender by our third party mail carriers, for reasons including, but not limited to: insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at check out, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery, unpaid duties fees, and inability to forward package to updated addresses. We do offer standard shipping with insurance, Priority and Express packages are automatically insured. For more information on international custom fees please contact your postal office or local government. Ellis Station does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery or reimburse you for this fee. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
